La edición 2008 del Castle Festival de Serbia ha sido cancelada debido a los problemas políticos y los incidentes en el país. El cartel contaba con bandas como ENSIFERUM, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, HELLOWEEN, GORGOROTH, JUDAS PRIEST, LORDI, MORBID ANGEL o SOILWORK, entre otros.
